CHULA FASHION LATINA, accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order in which they were received except those requested as express as it has priority to meet delivery times. All orders are sent from our office in Orlando, Florida via USPS. CHULA LATINA FASHION is sent to the 50 states of the American Union and follows the methods established by USPS.

Orders will be sent 7 to 10 business days after the order is placed and payment is received.

Orders requested with express shipping will be processed the next business day after payment is received. The day the order is shipped does not count as a day in transit.

Orders confirmed Friday through Sunday, will be processed on Mondays or the next business day and will be sent 1 to 3 days later. Package USPS generally do not deliver on weekends.

Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, the shipping process can be extended from 10 to 15 business days after payment has been received.

In case of contingency due to natural phenomena, health emergencies or situations beyond our control, the delivery period can be extended from 10 to 15 working days after receipt of payment.

We do not currently ship to addresses that have APO or FPO. Orders with different shipping addresses than the billing address may be under review, in which case the customer can be contacted; this may delay the shipping time. CHULA MODA LATINA does not guarantee express shipping when an order is held for review.

Lost packages

If the postal service shows the delivery delivered to the address provided to us but does not appear, the customer must request clarification from the post office nearest his/her home. CHULA MODA LATINA will not be responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages if they were delivered to the correct address or the customer at the time of purchase entered the wrong address, with missing information (building number, department etc.) or misspelled.

Tariffs and taxes

Customers are responsible for the payment of all tariffs and taxes and any other fees charged once the package arrives at the destination country. Tariffs on products can vary widely depending on the product and the country that manufactured it. Other charges and fees may apply for the products. Tariffs will not be refundable. Package Tracking

In both domestic and international orders it is the customer's responsibility to track the package once the tracking number has been sent via sms or email. International orders are sent by USPS and will be delivered by local affiliated offices. When your order leaves the hold, we will send you a shipping confirmation, the email will include the tracking number of the package. To track your package you should only log in to

Shipping and Returns

Excise, taxes and other customs charges arising from the delivery of the package or return, shall be the responsibility of the customer and be deducted from the refund of the cost of his goods.
